  1. On a scale of 1 to 4 (1=Not Fearful at All, 2=A Little Fearful, 3=Some Fear, 4=A Lot of Fear), how fearful were you when you presented your speech. Explain.
  2. What physical fear reactions did you experience? (i.e. heart beat fast, sweating, butterflies in your stomach, etc.)
  3. Ultimately, did you confront your fear or run from it? Explain.
  4. Finally, explain how studying fear earlier helped you better understand and deal with presenting this speech.
Please number your answers and clearly explain your responses.
