Today we checked supplies and reviewed the
Packer Contest. I collected any extra
Dead Poets' Society permission slips. (We begin watching the movie on Wednesday.) I also handed out an informational sheet about LRT (Green) from Open House (students should share this sheet with their parents). We discussed the upcoming
Camp Ihduhapi field trip. Students discussed and blogged about the results of the
Parent Persuasive Speech. I collected the
Parent Persuasive Speech assignment. I handed back the
Communication Test and we answered any questions after reviewing it. We checked the three
Fear Case Studies and students had a few minutes to go over the questions with their pair-and-share partner. We then reviewed and discussed the important fear concepts in each of the case studies. I explained the
Personal Fear Inventory assignment and students finished the block with RIF.

For the assignment "give the green sheet to our parents", should we get anything signed?

No signature or verification needed. I'd just like students to give the green sheet to their parents. It provides some information about LRT. Thanks for checking.
Ok thanks Mr. Buckley!
